Objective
- To capture self-service transactions relating to the activities of the login user
Introduction
- The users can have access to personal information relating to their activities on the system.
- Te users can have access to reports and inquiry relating to their personal profile activities
My Approvals
- Go to Self Service>> My Profile>>My Approvals
- This relates to the status of the approval transactions relating to the user
- This includes outstanding approvals, delegated approvals, escalated approvals, user’s request , and approved requests by the user as shown below .
Global Approval
- Go to Self Service>> My Profile>>Global Approvals
- This relates to the status of the approval transactions relating to the whole organisation
- This includes outstanding approvals, approval typ, transaction subject, approval status , last date of approval, age as shown below
- Only authorized user will have access to global approval screen
My Transactions
- Go to Self Service>> My Profile>>My Transactions
- This relates to the status of the user’s personal initiated transactions
- This includes user’s requests and approved requests as shown below
Personal Settings
- Go to Self Service>> My Profile>>Personal Settings
- This allows user to define personal preferences regarding interface, fonts and others as shown below
Delegate Transactions
- Go to Self Service>> My Profile>>Delegate Transactions
- This allows user to delegate approval authority to another staff when on vacation or absent at work for any other reasons as shown below
My Approval Report
- Go to Self Service>> My Profile>>My Approval Report
- This allows user to generate audit report relating to personal approvals
