Create Project Customer

Objective

• To capture the process of creating a new project customer

Introduction

• There is need to create the a project customer  in Cittaerp in order to capture customer contract project transactions for construction projects

Process

1. Go to Construction Project>> Settings>> Project Customer
2. Click the (+) button to add new customer
3. The below screen opens
4. Completes all the relevant fields
5. Submit for processing
6. The request follows a defined approval
7. At final approval
   • Cittaerp register the customer  and allocate a unique customer id  automatically to the newly created customer.
